I think practicing is a great idea. I'd be up for some clan practice runs. I'll admit that in S&D I don't have a good plan down for alot of the maps, some maps I do ok(like Scrapyard, somehow I ended up 10-0 the other day, luck imo) in others (Afghan) I get destroyed and am lucky to get a single kill, I'm still trying to figure out the angles and site lines, usually I die immediately in Afghan.

If we run in teams like Casualties and I did the other night, (depending on map size 2-6 man groups) run assault rifles with 2 guys packing shields as mobile cover for the assault team. Run in a group with a sniper covering the backside.

Do it like a team in the military doing sweeps , but, with the added defense of the riot shields. move slow and dominate in force. The only flaws I can see is how to deal with a team member down, or grenades. If communication is good the riot shields should absorb grenades. and provide enough mobile cover to eat 'em up.

If we could get everyone to participate correctly, and be willing then sure it may work. I'd be up for trying if anyone else is? If this gets enough interest lets start up a topic for it under strategies and try to get a # of how many people wouldn't mine trying it.

Supra boy are you trying to snipe or just get a trail down in Afgan?

back in the hay days of syne we did shit similar. we would have two rushers and then 2 people either a and b . the rushers would run through to the other teams base and try to get the numbers down so that it would be 4 vs 3 or 4 vs 2. and on the plants we would go 2 to one plant and the other 4 would go for the real plant. but that would only work once in a while, they start to pick up on it after a while, but it was a good strategy for the first couple of plays and then the score was 2 to 0, i think if we figure some shit out like this and use them then we could have a set way of doing shit, and then also we could figure out a way so that if its 1 vs however many, we could figure a route with the least risk of getting caught and killed.

Not sniping, mainly just get a route to run. Yesterday, I turned on lightweight with marathon and was able to at least get to some cover. Any tips?

Then I am probably not the guy you want to hear advice from lol. I am more attuned to sniping and can sometimes limp by in the run and gun aspect...
